FAQs

Applying to ACOUP

How do I apply for a job at ACOUP?

Open the vacancy above, read the requirements under “Job details”, then use Apply Now. The form asks for your details and your CV, and it names the role you are applying for so it reaches the right recruiter.

Who will employ me: ACOUP or the client?

It depends on the role. For outsourced and EOR positions, ACOUP is your legal employer: we issue the contract, sponsor your visa and pay your salary through WPS, while you work day to day at the client's business. Some roles are with ACOUP’s own BPO and back-office teams; the model is explained under employee outsourcing.

Do I need a UAE residence visa before applying?

Not for every role. ACOUP sponsors employment visas for the staff it employs, so candidates joining from outside the UAE can be considered where the role and the client allow it. Candidates already on a transferable visa are also welcome.

What happens after I apply?

Our recruiters screen applications against the role requirements, then contact shortlisted candidates for a phone or in-person interview. If you are selected, we handle the offer, the visa and onboarding before your first day.

No vacancy matches me. Can I still send my CV?

Yes. Use Send Your CV and tell us the kind of role you want. We keep applications on file and contact candidates when a matching vacancy opens. You can also reach the team through the contact page.

Which types of roles does ACOUP hire for?

Customer service and call centre, finance and payroll, HR and recruitment, sales and marketing, IT support, administration, logistics and government relations, for our own teams and for client organisations across the UAE. Employers looking to hire should see our recruitment services instead.
