About the role

About the role

ACOUP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across our Employer of Record (EOR) and Workforce Management services.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, approach corporate decision-makers, develop new accounts, negotiate agreements, and close business.

You will be responsible for independently building a strong sales pipeline, acquiring new corporate clients, and securing long-term workforce outsourcing contracts across the UAE and international markets.

We're looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, proven client acquisition experience, and the ability to turn business opportunities into signed contracts and recurring revenue.

Success in this role is measured by new clients acquired, contracts secured, and revenue generated.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for ACOUP's EOR and Workforce Management services.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, direct client visits, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Actively engage with CEOs, HR Directors, Procurement Heads, Operations Directors, and other corporate decision-makers.
  • Target UAE-based and international companies looking to hire, sponsor, deploy, or manage employees in the UAE.
  • Identify workforce outsourcing opportunities across industries including technology, logistics, hospitality, facilities management, and professional services.
  • Develop business relationships with international EOR providers, recruitment agencies, staffing companies, and outsourcing partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand workforce requirements, and present suitable employment outsourcing solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close agreements.
  • Independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, HR, finance, and compliance teams to ensure successful onboarding of newly acquired clients.
  • Identify opportunities for high-volume workforce deployment and long-term recurring contracts.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE.
  • Previous experience in Employer of Record (EOR), workforce management, manpower outsourcing, staffing, or employment services is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently acquiring corporate clients and closing commercial contracts.
  • Strong ability to generate your own leads, develop new accounts, and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, corporate prospecting, face-to-face client meetings, commercial negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Existing relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR departments, procurement teams, or international outsourcing companies will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of UAE employment regulations, workforce outsourcing models, employee sponsorship, and payroll services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a clear focus on sales performance and revenue generation.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of individual sales targets, and consistently deliver measurable results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for corporate meetings and new business development.
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
