What kind of company is ACOUP?

ACOUP is an employment outsourcing and business process outsourcing company headquartered in Dubai. We combine recruitment, visa sponsorship, payroll and HR management with outsourced customer service and back-office teams, and with software we develop and support ourselves.

Who is ACOUP for?

Employers who would rather hand people-related work to one accountable partner: companies entering the UAE without an entity, businesses scaling a team quickly, and organisations that want payroll, HR admin or a support desk run by specialists. Compare the three hiring models to see which fits.

Does ACOUP employ staff under its own licence?

Yes. Outsourced and EOR employees are employed on ACOUP’s UAE licence, sponsored on our visas and paid through WPS, so the employer obligations sit with us rather than with your company. See Employer of Record for how the responsibilities are split.

Can ACOUP support Emiratisation targets?

Yes. We onboard and manage Emirati talent for companies that need to meet Emiratisation requirements but do not have the in-house capacity to recruit and administer those hires.
