Salary paymentsWPS
Salaries for MOHRE-registered employees are paid through the Wage Protection System.
Gratuity, first 5 years21 days
Basic salary for each year of service, after at least one year.
Gratuity, after 5 years30 days
Basic salary per year, with total gratuity capped at two years' wages.
Overtime+25%
Minimum on top of basic hourly pay; at least +50% between 10pm and 4am.
Annual leave30 days
Per year after one year of service; 2 days per month after six months.
Final settlement14 days
Deadline to pay end-of-service dues after employment ends.

Attendance and overtime, approved leave, new joiners and exits, and any salary changes, claims or deductions. We confirm the cut-off date and format when we onboard you.
Will ACOUP pay salaries through WPS?
Yes. We prepare the salary file and manage WPS salary transfers in line with MOHRE requirements.
Do you calculate gratuity and final settlements?
Yes. We track leave and calculate gratuity, leave encashment and end-of-service benefits under UAE Labour Law.
Can you run payroll for more than one company or country?
Yes. We support multi-site and multi-entity payroll across the UAE and GCC, with localised compliance for each.

Payroll is normally priced per employee per month, with the rate depending on headcount, how many entities and pay structures are involved, and whether gratuity, leave administration and reporting are included. You get a written quotation after a short scoping call rather than a rate card that does not fit your business.
Can you take over payroll mid-year from another provider?
Yes. We take opening balances, year-to-date figures, leave balances and gratuity accruals from your current provider or system, reconcile them, then run a parallel cycle before switching over.
