What does ACOUP do?

ACOUP is a Dubai-based employment outsourcing and BPO company. We recruit staff, sponsor their visas, run their payroll and manage them for employers across the UAE, and we run outsourced customer service, back-office, accounting and HR functions. We also build the HR, ERP and service-desk software our clients use.

Which services can I outsource to ACOUP?

Customer service and back-office work through BPO & Call Center, finance through Accounting, Tax & Audit and Payroll Services, people management through End-to-End HR Management, and company formation and government liaison through Company Setup & PRO.

What is the difference between employee outsourcing and an Employer of Record?

With employee outsourcing ACOUP recruits the staff, employs them on our licence and manages them while they work in your business. With Employer of Record you choose the person and ACOUP becomes their legal employer so you can hire in the UAE without your own trade licence. Both put the visa, payroll and labour-law obligations on us.

Do I need my own UAE trade licence to hire through ACOUP?

No. Staff can be employed on ACOUP’s licence and visas through employee outsourcing or EOR. If you do have a licence and visa quota, permanent recruitment places the hire directly onto your own payroll.

Does ACOUP provide software as well as services?

Yes. Enterprise HRMS, ATS & Recruitment, Call Center Management, ERP, Helpdesk & Ticket Management and Enterprise Mail & Messaging are all available on their own or alongside a managed service.

Where is ACOUP based and where can you place staff?

Our head office is on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Quoz, Dubai, and we recruit and manage staff across all seven emirates. Contact us to discuss a location or headcount.
