1. Acceptance
By using acoup.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
The site is operated by ACOUP Employment Services, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact details are on the contact page.
3. Information on this site is general
Pages describing UAE labour law, visas, VAT, corporate tax, the Wage Protection System and similar subjects are written as general guidance and were accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown. Rules change, and how they apply depends on your company's licence, structure and circumstances. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your specific situation or for the official position of the relevant UAE authority.
4. Services are governed by a separate agreement
Descriptions of services and software on this site are for information. Any engagement with ACOUP is governed by the signed proposal, service agreement or licence that applies to it, and those documents prevail over anything written here, including indicative prices.
5. Prices
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, exclude VAT unless stated, and may change. A quotation issued in writing is the only binding price.
6. Job applications
Applying through this site does not create an employment relationship or a guarantee of an interview or offer. Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive documents such as passport copies or bank details through the application form.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and software on this site belong to ACOUP or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content, or present it as your own.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
9. Third-party links
Some pages link to government portals, news sources or partner sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, ACOUP is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general information, or from its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
