Sales Consultant.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant with strong knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR), business formation, and corporate services. The role requires someone who is confident in handling leads, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and converting enquiries into clients.

Preferred Background

Candidates with previous experience in business setup consultancies, free zones, corporate services, EOR, payroll, outsourcing, or employment services will be preferred.

What you’ll do

• Generate and manage new business opportunities for EOR, business formation, and related corporate services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain UAE company formation options, licensing processes, employment solutions, and EOR services clearly to clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up until closure.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations and other internal teams after closing the sale to ensure proper client handover.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in the CRM.
• Keep up to date with UAE business formation requirements, free zones, mainland options, and employment-related services.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail sales, telesales, direct sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong experience or practical knowledge of EOR and UAE business formation services.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, negotiate, and close sales.
• Strong telephone sales and client communication skills.
• Comfortable working with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• UAE market experience is strongly preferred.
