About the role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for our SaaS-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

This is a hands-on B2B software sales role focused on acquiring new corporate customers, generating qualified sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing SaaS subscription contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling cloud-based HRMS, HRIS, payroll, or enterprise SaaS software solutions to businesses in the UAE and GCC markets.

You will be responsible for independently developing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term SaaS customers.

Success in this role will be measured by new customers acquired, SaaS subscriptions closed, and recurring revenue generated.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate customers for our SaaS-based HRMS platform.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, corporate visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Target SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises looking to implement, upgrade, or replace their existing HRMS software.
  • Engage with CEOs, HR Directors, CHROs, Finance Directors, IT Heads, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the platform's features and business benefits.
  • Understand customer HR and payroll requirements and recommend suitable SaaS subscription plans.
  • Promote HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll & WPS, Attendance, Leave Management, Recruitment (ATS), Performance Management, Employee Self-Service, and HR Analytics.
  • Independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, SaaS subscription quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate subscription pricing, contract terms, and implementation charges.
  • Build relationships with HR consultants, technology partners, and corporate referral networks to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, conduct regular follow-ups, and manage opportunities through CRM.
  • Coordinate with product and implementation teams for successful customer onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition, sales, and recurring revenue targets.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B software sales experience in the UAE or GCC.
  • Direct experience selling SaaS-based HRMS, HRIS, payroll software, or enterprise SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in independently acquiring corporate customers and closing software subscription contracts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and recurring revenue.
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads, approach decision-makers, and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Experience conducting software demonstrations, handling customer objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS functionalities, HR processes, payroll, UAE WPS, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ability to communicate technical software features in clear business terms.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing B2B software sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with individual sales and revenue targets.
  • Existing corporate relationships in the UAE market will be an advantage.
