Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and support our growing hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and experienced in managing multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment.

What you’ll do

• • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• • Recruit across IT, Accounting & Finance, Audit, BPO/Call Centre, Sales, Operations and other corporate positions.
• • Review CVs, conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on selection decisions.
• • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
• • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/HRMS.
• • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion and offer acceptance.
• • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
• • Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• • Support, coordinate and eventually help manage additional recruiters as the recruitment function grows.

What you’ll need

• • Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• • UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• • Strong experience in volume hiring and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• • Experience recruiting across different professional and operational categories.
• • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and major job portals.
• • Strong communication, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• • Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• • Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms is an advantage.
