About the role
ACOUP is expanding its technical recruitment team to support large-scale IT workforce requirements.
We are working with leading IT and technology companies to recruit highly skilled professionals across Software Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Technical Support.
We are looking for experienced IT recruiters with strong technical knowledge, sourcing capabilities, and proven experience in specialised and high-volume recruitment.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, software engineering, AI, and technical support positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical professionals across local and international markets.
- Handle bulk recruitment requirements within strict hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology roles.
- Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and workforce operations teams to achieve recruitment targets.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in IT and Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk IT hiring and specialised technology recruitment.
- Strong understanding of programming languages, software development frameworks, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience recruiting Software Developers, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and L1/L2/L3 Technical Support professionals.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, headhunting, and ATS platforms.
- Experience working with IT services companies, technology consulting firms, or IT outsourcing/BPO organisations preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and consistently meet hiring targets.
