Telesales Executive

We are searching for a Telesales Executives who will be able to execute exceptional sales activity within a market leader of the industry. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Execute exceptional sales customer service, displaying excellent language skills for example billingual in English or Arabic, written and oral. 
  • Continously meet agreed KPIs as set by management, and report on sales updates. 
  • Display thorough product knowledge and maintain professional and quality relationships with clients and customers. 
  • Work effectively as part of a team and ensure customer satisfaction is met through good communication. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
  • Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Banking, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Travel and Tourism).
  • Exhibit proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFER Language B2 level.
  • Showcase strong skills in IT, including database management and Excel.
