Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for Healthcare/Nursing  positions
2. Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
3. Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify qualified candidates
4. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
6. Build relationships with nursing schools, associations, and other relevant organizations to expand the candidate pool
7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
9. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
2. Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates using various methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking)
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
6. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
7. A passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
