We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join an industry leader in domestic services in the UAE. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth process. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills per client, for example Bilingual in English or Arabic, written and oral.
  • Ensure that a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout, and the correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services, and renewals and keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
  • Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
  • Work within clearly outlined KPI’s and targets.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
  • Experienced in sales/after sales environment (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism)
  • Experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position and ability to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in IT database management and Excel.
