Job Description:

  • Work with the HR Manager to plan for all recruitment and forecasting.
  • Draft job descriptions as per company standardised template, build a database of job descriptions for future use.
  • Using our CRM system to post all vacancies, manage the CV Database to benefit the company and produce the best talent.
  • Contacting shortlisted applicants, holding interview screening, job related testing, and scheduling final interview with corresponding department heads.
  • Implement, develop, and utilise testing to screen applicants to ensure effective shortlisting.
  • Collection of all personal documentation required for efficient applicants screening and visa process. Background and reference checks should be managed.
  • Organise and manage the ongoing recruitment of multiple roles within the company.
  • Provide accurate and clear recruitment updates to management and complete recruitment cycles within assigned timeframes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
  • At least 2 years plus of experience in recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labour laws, and employment equity.
  • Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
