Job Description:
- Work with the HR Manager to plan for all recruitment and forecasting.
- Draft job descriptions as per company standardised template, build a database of job descriptions for future use.
- Using our CRM system to post all vacancies, manage the CV Database to benefit the company and produce the best talent.
- Contacting shortlisted applicants, holding interview screening, job related testing, and scheduling final interview with corresponding department heads.
- Implement, develop, and utilise testing to screen applicants to ensure effective shortlisting.
- Collection of all personal documentation required for efficient applicants screening and visa process. Background and reference checks should be managed.
- Organise and manage the ongoing recruitment of multiple roles within the company.
- Provide accurate and clear recruitment updates to management and complete recruitment cycles within assigned timeframes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- At least 2 years plus of experience in recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labour laws, and employment equity.
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
