We are searching for a Outbound Sales Representative who will be able to execute exceptional sales activity within a market leader of the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- To undertake outbound telesales activity with clients, and deliver a quality service at all times.
- Executive exceptional sales customer service, displaying excellent language skills for example billingual in English or Arabic, written and oral.
- Continously meet agreed KPIs as set by management, and report on sales updates.
- Display thorough product knowledge and maintain professional and quality relationships with clients and customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team and ensure customer satisfaction is met through good communication.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
- Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism).
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in administration roles.
- Exhibit proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFER Language B2 level.
- Showcase strong skills in IT, including database management and Excel.
