Guest Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills per client, for example Bilingual in English or Arabic, written and oral.
  • Ensure that a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout, and the correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services, and renewals.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
  • Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
  • Work within clearly outlined KPI’s and targets.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
  • Experienced in after sales environment (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism)
  • Experienced in Administration (Minimum 4 years)
  • Proficient in IT database management and Excel.
