We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist with a focus on customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills per client, for example Bilingual in English or Arabic, written and oral.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or taking messages as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficient in IT database management and Excel
