We are seeking several highly motivated and skilled Recruitment +Placement (sales) Specialist to join a well-established award winning outsourcing and placement solutions company.
Your responsibilities will encompass both recruitment and placement (sales), making you a key driver of the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Collaborate with our Clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our Clients.
Coordinate and manage the entire placement process, from enquiry to placement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients in the CRM system.
Build a strong community relations specific to the placements for current and future staffing needs.
2. Placement: Sales:
Identify potential sales leads and opportunities for the company's services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
Assist in selecting the right worker placement as per their needs.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Networking:
Attend industry events, job fairs, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing our values and culture.
4. Communication:
Effectively communicate with both candidates and clients, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment and sales processes. Actively involved in social media communications
